We do not share mobile opt-in data or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

5. Email Communications

If you subscribe to our email list — or provide your email as part of a real estate inquiry — we may send you market updates, property listings, and related content. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Transactional emails related to an active transaction (for example, documents for a home you're buying) are sent regardless of marketing preferences.

6. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to provide our services or comply with the law:

• Service providers — CRM, email delivery, SMS delivery, e-signature, analytics, and transaction management platforms that help us operate. These providers are contractually required to protect your data.
• Sponsoring brokerage — Transaction files and client information are shared with Keeton & Co. Real Estate as required by Virginia real estate regulations.
• Transaction participants — Lenders, title companies, attorneys, inspectors, appraisers, and other parties to a real estate transaction you're part of.
• Legal and safety — Where required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, safety, or those of others.

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with real estate transaction recordkeeping laws (typically 3–5 years after a closed transaction in Virginia), or as otherwise required by law.

Our services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

12. Third-Party Links

Our website may link to third-party sites (lenders, brokerage platforms, social media, etc.). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Review their policies before providing information.
